SHOPPING AT SHAUN LEANE

Shaun Leane is renowned for his romantic and extravagant jewellery. A true craftsman, he spends his time creating precious and silver jewellery with his team at the London studio.

Our website showcases the entire range of Shaun’s fabulous jewellery. Several of the collections featured on our site are sold exclusively by Shaun Leane and can only be purchased from the website or from our concessions at Harrods and Selfridges in London.

We want your shopping experience to be as easy and straightforward as possible.

You can browse our jewellery and full collections using the drop-down menu on the left hand side of the homepage or using the Latest Collection icons on the right hand side. You can view further information on any piece of jewellery by simply clicking on the chosen item.

To purchase, add the item of jewellery to your Shopping Bag by clicking the “Add to Shopping Bag” button and then proceeding to payment. If an item is out of stock, you can request a delivery date or add yourself to the waiting list by clicking on “Request This Item.”

If you would prefer to place your order by telephone, please contact the Commercial Team directly on +44 (0) 207 405 4773 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, where we will be on hand to assist you. You may also contact us by email on info@shaunleane.com if you have any queries or questions about certain pieces.


DELIVERY OF UK ORDERS

If you place your order online or over the telephone, your jewellery will arrive by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 5 working days. We endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person. In the event that no one is available to receive a Special Delivery item, Royal Mail will leave a card with details so you can either arrange another delivery date or to collect your parcel from your local collections depot.


COURIER SERVICE

We also offer a same day courier service to all London postal code areas for £15.00
Orders must be received and payment cleared by 2pm for London Same Day Delivery. We will dispatch London Same Day orders as a priority subject to product availability.

DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Overseas deliveries are sent via Royal Mail AirSure and will arrive within 5-10 working days in Europe and the US, or within 5-10 working days for the rest of the world.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person. In the event that no one is available to receive a Special Delivery item, your country’s postal service should leave a card with details so you can either arrange another delivery date or to collect your parcel from your local collections depot.

Certain items may need to be sent via FedEx. Please call our customer service team on +44 (0) 207 405 4773 or email mailto:info@shaunleane.com to discuss your individual requirements and we will advise you of the specific shipping cost and delivery time required.

Non-UK orders are exclusive of VAT.

VAT (20%) will be removed from your order at checkout.

Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.


GIFTS AND PACKAGING

Shaun Leane jewellery will be delivered in individual boxes bearing the Shaun Leane logo.

Boxes are wrapped with ribbon and include a polishing cloth with detailed instructions for the care of your jewellery.

Please note that you may also have items delivered as a gift by choosing to provide an alternative delivery name and address. Your receipt will always accompany the jewellery, unless requested otherwise. TAILORED SERVICES

We endeavour to help our customers as much as possible when it comes to individual needs and requirements. Should you have an urgent enquiry or special requirement, please do not hesitate to call us on +44 (0) 207 405 4773 to discuss any special circumstances.


RETURNS INFORMATION

If any Shaun Leane item you receive is not to your satisfaction you may return it for refund or exchange within 28 days from the purchase date.

Shaun Leane wishes to guarantee the complete satisfaction of our customers. Shaun Leane will refund the entire cost of the item(s) that are returned by the Customer so long as the item(s) is not worn, not used and not damaged. Shaun Leane will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged in anyway.

On the rare occasions that items are damaged upon receipt, customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return it. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of the invoice or any original packaging.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Refunds will be issued in the same form that was used for payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURNING FAULTY GOODS

 

 

 

All items returned to us will be inspected thoroughly and any damage deemed the result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We at Shaun Leane strive to produce high quality jewellery and will do our best to help with any damage, howsoever caused.

Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.

It may be possible for us to repair items that have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service to cover the cost of shipping and any other costs incurred.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice.

All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, including sales taxes for all EU country shipments and excluding shipping charges.

As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Once the refund has been completed Shaun Leane will send a confirmation via e-mail.

Alternatively, you can request a Shaun Leane credit to be used against future purchases at www.shaunleaneshop.com

Once issued, credit notes are valid for 6 months.


EXCHANGE INFORMATION

If you would like to exchange your purchase for an alternative item please let us know by emailing us at info@shaunleane.com or by phoning us on +44(0) 207 405 4773.

Alternatively, to secure your chosen exchange you can make your purchase by phone or online and we will refund your original item when it is returned to us.

Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Items returned within the stated timescale (28 days) will not incur shipping costs. Items returned outside the stated timescale (28 days) will be at the customers cost for shipping and can only be refunded as a credit against other items.

You will be charged for any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.


GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item from Shaun Leane as a gift you can return it for an exchange or a credit note within the parameters outlined in this Returns Policy. Please call us on +44 (0) 207 405 4773 to organise this.
