I HAVENT PURCHASED JEWELLRY ON LINE BEFORE; HOW CAN I BE SURE I WILL BE HAPPY WITH MY DECISION?
We at Shaun Leane strive to accurately represent our jewellery, via photos, product descriptions and measurements. Our past experience has been that the jewellery has exceeded our customers' expectations.
However, should you wish to return the item, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will happily refund your payment. View our Returns Policy for more information.
WHERE CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT THE STONES IN THE JEWELLERY?
Shaun Leane only sells jewellery made with precious or semi-precious gemstones.

ARE SHAUN LEANE DIAMONDS FROM A TRACEABLE SOURCE?

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A SPECIAL ORDER?
For Special orders or for items in need of sizing please contact us by phone on +44 (0) 207 405 4773 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm GMT or via email on mailto:info@shaunleane.com
Special orders are generally unique pieces so we will require half of the payment up front and the other half once your jewellery is ready to be dispatched to you. Depending on the item this may take between 4 and 8 weeks allowing us to source diamonds/stones and to hand make the jewellery for you. All items requested for special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
WHAT IF MY JEWELLERY ARRIVES AND IT DOESN’T FIT?
At Shaun Leane we are happy to adjust certain pieces of jewellery once purchased. Please contact us by phone on +44 (0) 207 405 4773 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm GMT or via email on info@shaunleane.com with your request and we will endeavour to help you. Please be aware certain pieces cannot be adjusted and any charges will be passed onto the customer.
You can also make a special request before purchasing on line. Please email us at info@shaunleane.com We will contact you if there is an additional charge or additional delivery times associated with your request. We also have a bespoke jewellery service.
ARE CHAINS INCLUDED FOR PENDANTS?
Yes, unless otherwise noted all of our necklaces and pendants are delivered with the chain shown.
WILL MY ITEM BE BOXED?
Yes. Each beautiful piece of Shaun Leane jewellery will be delivered in its own gift box bearing the Shaun Leane logo.
Each box will be wrapped with ribbon and will come with a polishing cloth, with detailed instructions of how to keep your jewellery in perfect condition.
IS GIFT WRAPPING AVAILABLE?
Yes. Gift-wrapping is available for an additional £5.00 for each item; your jewellery will be wrapped in stylish paper and silk branded Shaun Leane ribbon. Simply tick the gift-wrap box before you add an item to your basket. If you would like to send the gift straight to the recipient, just tick 'I would like to provide an alternative delivery address' on Step 2 of the checkout. ARE ITEMS PICTURED ON LINE ACTUAL SIZE?
It is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet because computer monitors vary in size. We endeavour to show you the correct size with the details and specification section with each piece.
IS VAT CHARGED ON LINE?

CAN I ORDER FROM OVERSEAS?
Yes. Either place your order online or call us on +44 (0) 207 405 4773.
Your price will be shown in the specified currency you choose in the currency bar at the top of the page. The actual transaction on your card will leave your account in £’s. WHAT CAN I DO IF I NEED MY JEWELLERY NOW?
Please call us on 0207 405 4773 as we understand that you sometimes needs the perfect earrings or necklace for that special occasion and simply cannot wait.
If you live in London, please select 'London Same Day Delivery' during the check out and your jewellery will be delivered on the same day. This service costs £15. If you live in the UK but outside of London we can still get the jewellery to you for before 9am the next morning if you call us to arrange. Learn more about our Delivery Policy
I NEED HELP BUYING AN ENGAGEMENT RING, CAN YOU HELP ME?
Yes. Please call us and we can discuss your requirements and help you find the perfect ring and help answer any questions you may have on diamond requirement. Shaun also offers a bespoke jewellery service.
